What does the phrase “self-actualization” mean?
NEW THOUGHT, UNITY, RELIGIOUS SCIENCE, RELIGION, SPIRITUAL, WORSHIP, HAWAII, HILO, MOUNTAIN VIEW, BUDDA, HINDU, LAO TSE, CHRIST, FAITH, ACTUALIZATION

Human beings are very interesting.  We spend much of our time dealing with the external world and often forget that there is an internal world just waiting to be explored.  It is from this internal world that all real “power” is derived.  It is from this internal world that peace and balance can be found.

A self-actualized being is one who is clear that he or she is connected to everything in the universe.  This individual comes to recognize how they are “cause” in the matter.  For the self-actualized individual the world of “duality” slowly begins to fade.  In this sense we are all one and enemies are illusions we create.

Getting to this place requires “letting go” of much of what you think you know.  It requires that one recognize his or her “domestication” and choose to act in forgiveness and peace.

There is no “right way” or “right path” but there is a universal principle that cannot be erased. You are a perfect creation of the Presence and Power that created the universe.  Some call this Presence God, Buddha, Allah, and a host of other names..  The name doesn’t matter for we are each pure love whether we are aware of it or not.  Find your path and walk it.
